The Smashing Pumpkin
Jameson Pumpkin Smash for an autumnal bash. Hosting made easy with a dash of green!
Ingredients

50 ml Jameson Original

25 ml Lemon Juice

25 ml pumpkin syrup

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 Sprig Rosemary

1⅔ Parts Jameson Original
-
⅚ Parts Lemon Juice
-
⅚ Parts pumpkin syrup

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 Sprig Rosemary

How to make
-
1. Add rosemary to your shaker and muddle lightly to release the oils.

2. Add the rest of rest of the ingredients and shake with ice.

3. Strain over fresh ice in rocks glass.

4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig, orange zest and a small sprinkle of cinnamon.
250g pumpkin puree
300g sugar
300g water
Small pinch of cinnamon
1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
4. Bottle and refrigerate.
