COCKTAIL RECIPE
Marmalade Sour
This recipe is similar to the classic whiskey sour cocktail with a distinctive orange twist. Paddington Bear would keep this drink under his hat in case of emergencies, however, when it comes to a Marmalade Sour, we don’t have that kind of self-control.
Ingredients

50 ml Jameson Black Barrel

25 ml Lemon Juice

10 ml Sugar Syrup

1 tbsp Orange Marmalade

15 ml Egg White / Aquafaba

3 Dashes Orange Bitters

1⅔ Parts Jameson Black Barrel

⅚ Parts Lemon Juice
-
⅓ Parts Sugar Syrup

1 tbsp Orange Marmalade

½ Parts Egg White / Aquafaba

3 Dashes Orange Bitters
10 minutes

How to make

Add all ingredients into shaker and shake for 5 seconds.

Open shaker, add ice and shake for 10 seconds.

Open shaker and fine strain over martini glass.

Garnish with orange peel and serve.
About this Cocktail
This Marmalade Sour isn’t made for mornings at the breakfast table, but evenings at the coffee table. A tablespoon of orange marmalade, mixed with Jameson Black Barrel, egg whites, lemon, sugar syrup and bitters. There’s no bread needed for this type of toast.
