  • 60 ml Jameson IPA Edition
  • 30 ml IPA Beer Syrup
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice
  • 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Whole Egg White
  • Ice Cubes
  • 2 Parts Jameson IPA Edition
  • 1 Part IPA Beer Syrup
  • 1 Part Lemon Juice
  • 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Whole Egg White
  • Ice Cubes

Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice

  2. Add the Jameson IPA Edition, lemon-juice, your home made IPA Beer Syrup and an Egg White to your shaker.

  3. “Dry shake” without ice to emulsify the egg white. Shake again with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  4. Add 3 Dashes of Bitters on top.

  5. Serve and enjoy.

1.Add 500ml IPA beer and 500g sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring regularly.
2. Remove from the heat once sugar has dissolved and allow to cool, bottle and refrigerate.
