  • 50 ml Jameson Black Barrel
  • 25 ml Lillet Rouge
  • 6 Whole Raspberries
  • 25 ml Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1⅔ Parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • ⅚ Parts Lillet Rouge
  • 6 Whole Raspberries
  • ⅚ Parts Lemon Juice
  • ⅔ Parts Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Add raspberries to a shaker and muddle.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

  3. Dry shake without ice. Add ice and shake well.

  4. Double strain into a chilled glass of your choice.

  5. Garnish with berries or dash of cherry syrup for blood look.
