Create a summer cocktail that honours a tradition once enjoyed by Jamesons hard-working coopers and perfectly blends Jameson Whiskey with apple juice & tea.

  • 1 Bottle Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 2 Litres Apple Juice
  • 1 Litre Boiling Water
  • 2 Whole Cucumbers
  • 300 ml Honey
  • 120 ml Irish Breakfast Teabag
  • 300 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 Handful Mint Leaf
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 Bottle Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 2 Litres Apple Juice
  • 1 Litre Boiling Water
  • 2 Whole Cucumbers
  • 300 ml Honey
  • 120 ml Irish Breakfast Teabag
  • 300 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 Handful Mint Leaf
  • Ice Cubes

Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Add 4 teabags, 300ml honey to 1 litre of boiling water and allow to steep for 5 minutes.

  2. Remove teabags, stir well and allow to cool.

  3. Add 1 sliced cucumber to a bowl/punch jar with 1 bottle of Jameson Original.

  4. Allow to steep for 10 minutes before adding 2 litres of pressed apple juice, 300ml lemon juice, tea and honey mixture, and stir.

  5. Add mint leaves and ice and stir.

  6. Serve in rocks glasses over ice.

  7. Garnish with remaining cucumber slices.
