50 ml Jameson Black Barrel

10 ml Honey Chocolate syrup

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

Ice Cubes

1⅔ Parts Jameson Black Barrel

⅓ Parts Honey Chocolate syrup

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
-
2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

Strainer
How to make

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir well before straining into a rocks glass with ice.

Garnish with an orange twist.
1. In a medium saucepan over a medium heat, stir together 1 cup honey, 2 cups cocoa powder and 2 cups water until honey dissolves.
2. Increase the heat slightly, then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate syrup until cold, about 2 hours.
About this Cocktail
Although its origin is not certain, the Old-Fashioned would have been invented by the bartender Martin Cuneo at the “Pendennis Club” in Louisville, Kentucky in 1884. Almost 150 years after, the Old Fashioned is the #1 Cocktail in the World and a perfect way to drink your Jameson Black Barrel.
