5pm Tea-Time
An afternoon tea the Queen would write home about.
Ingredients

35 ml Jameson Original

120 ml Raspberry Iced Tea

20 ml Lemon Juice
-
Mint
-
Ice Cubes

1⅙ Parts Jameson Original

4 Parts Raspberry Iced Tea
-
⅔ Parts Lemon Juice
-
Mint
-
Ice Cubes
How to make

To Make Raspberry Iced-Tea: Add 800ml water, 100g Raspberries (fresh or frozen), 80g Sugar, 3 Tea Bags (We like black breakfast tea but you can experiment with your favourite tea at home).

Add water, sugar and raspberries to a pan and bring to a boil.

Remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Allow to steep for 4-5 minutes.

Strain everything through a sieve and allow to cool.

Bottle and refrigerate.

Now, add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice and stir gently.

Garnish with a mint sprig/ lemon slice or zest/ skewered raspberries – whatever you have at hand really.
