Smokey New Fashioned
Sip wisely with this low-alcohol take on a classic old fashioned cocktail. The addition of Chinese Tea (we chose lapsang souchong) maintains the punch of a classic old fashioned, whilst reducing the alcoholic content.
Ingredients

4 dashes Angostura Bitters

50 ml Chilled Lapsang Souchong Tea

10 ml Honey Syrup

Ice cubes

10 ml Jameson Original

1 twist Orange
-
2 dashes Orange Bitters

4 dashes Angostura Bitters

1⅔ Parts Chilled Lapsang Souchong Tea

⅓ Parts Honey Syrup
-
Ice cubes
-
⅓ Parts Jameson Original

1 twist Orange
-
2 dashes Orange Bitters
How to make

Combine all ingredients in a glass jug with ice.

Stir.

Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Garnish with a flamed orange.
