Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill.

  2. Strain a into rocks glass filled with ice.

  3. Garnish with an orange Peel.

1. Add 250g Demerara sugar and 125ml water to a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
2. Remove from the heat as soon as the sugar is dissolved.
3.. Allow to cool, bottle and refirgerate.

TOP TIP

Squeeze the orange peel over the drink to express the orange oils onto the drink to get that nice orange aroma.
