Ingredients

  • 50 ml Jameson Black Barrel
  • 20 ml Honey Syrup
  • 25 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 Whole Egg (yolk and white)
  • Nutmeg
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1⅔ Parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • ⅔ Parts Honey Syrup
  • ⅚ Parts Lemon Juice
  • 1 Whole Egg (yolk and white)
  • Nutmeg
  • Ice Cubes

Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry-shake without ice.

  2. Add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  3. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

1. Add 250ml water, 500ml honey and 2 cinnamon sticks to a saucepan and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir to dissolve sugar and remove from the heat.
2. Allow to cool, bottle and refrigerate.
