Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Midleton Distillery Experience
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASING
These terms set out the basis on which you can purchase tickets for your visit to The Jameson Distillery Bow St and Midleton Distillery Experience. Any references to Jameson Irish Whiskey are a reference to Irish Distillers International Limited. Any references to both Midleton Distillery Experience and Jameson Distillery Bow St.
The management reserves the right at all times to refuse admission.
By purchasing tickets for The Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Midleton Distillery Experience you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by and subject to the following Terms and Conditions and have read and agree to the use of the information you provide us with.
Once your tickets have been purchased, the ticket is non-changeable and non-refundable except at the absolute discretion of Irish Distillers International Limited.
All prices are quoted in Euro. Whilst we reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices at any time before you book, once your booking is confirmed the price of your booking as stated in the confirmation email will not be altered.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that our distilleries and all of its exhibits/displays are open for use by visitors during normal opening hours. However, Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Midleton Distillery Experience, in its absolute discretion, whether for safety reasons or otherwise and with or without prior notice to close the distillery or any part of it. In the event of such closure, Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Midleton Distillery Experience will refund any visitor the cost of his or her prepaid ticket. Otherwise, Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Midleton Distillery Experience shall have no liability whatsoever, including no liability for travel expenses or any other out of pocket expenses in respect of closure of part or all of the distillery.
Jameson Brand Homes are suitable for visitors under 18 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above. Children under the age of 18 are permitted to visit Jameson Brand Homes, where alcoholic beverages will be available but will not be served alcohol and/or allowed to consume alcohol. All guests participating in craft experiences or cask draw must be aged 18 years or older. Photographic ID is required.
Pets or animals (with the exception of guide dogs and hearing dogs) are expressly prohibited within Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Midleton Distillery Experience.
Please note that Jameson Distillery Bow St. Dublin does not accept Stag and/or Hen parties on its premises and reserves the right to refuse ticket sales for such groups.
VISITOR CONDUCT
Arriving: Please arrive and be ready to start your tour on the date and at the time given (we recommend arriving 15 minutes before the start time). We will be entitled to refuse access to the tour to anyone who arrives more than 5 minutes after the tour has commenced.
Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Midleton Distillery Experience reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry on to or remove from its premises or the vicinity any person who:
– Has been convicted of a criminal offence, which, in the opinion of Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Midleton Distillery Experience is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors:
-Is behaving in a manner, which, in the opinion of Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Midleton Distillery Experience, or is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors, cause annoyance to other visitors, behaving in such a way as to cause danger or distress to others or damage the property.
-Has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace.
-Is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
-is dressed in inappropriate fancy dress, novelty, branded or promotional clothing.
In addition to the foregoing, where a person has caused damage, he/she must meet any expenses incurred as a result of such behaviour;
All persons entering the Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Mideton Distillery Experience must pay for admission. Tickets must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by any employee or agent of our distilleries. Any person attempting to gain admission without a valid ticket shall be asked to leave.
In accordance with Irish Law, smoking is strictly prohibited within the Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Midleton Distillery Experience.
Irish Distillers International Limited reserves the right to prosecute any persons found damaging or defacing any part of the premises.
Do not leave items/bags unattended at any time.
In some cases, people may show no symptoms when infected with COVID-19. Any interaction with other members of the general public can pose a risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.
FILMING
From time-to-time Jameson Irish Whiskey, Midleton Distillery or other authorised third parties may carry out photography or other recording at the venue and any images or recordings may feature visitors. Visitors consent to the use of such images by Irish Distillers in connection with advertising, promotions or monitoring and acknowledge that the copyright in such images rests with Jameson Irish Whiskey and/or any authorized third party.
House Keeping
Advance Booking: It is advisable that groups book a minimum of two weeks in advance by emailing us on virtual@jamesonwhiskey.com to secure your booking time and date.
Late Arrivals: Groups Must Login 5 minutes before their start time before the virtual event takes place. If the participants do not arrive on time the class will commence. We cannot be held responsible for any dispute or issue arising from the late arrival of the participants to the virtual experience.
Cancellation Policy: Once goods have been shipped there will be no possibility of a refund. Jameson Distillery can try to facilitate an alternative date/time for the consumer to attend the virtual class. Email virtual@jamesonwhiskey.com
No-Shows: If a group is unable to make their booking and fails to make contact with us over the phone or by email this will be considered a no-show and no refund will be made. We will not make arrangements to host the group at a later time.
Securing Reservations: Full payment is required to secure all bookings. No booking is confirmed until the payment is made. Payment can be made by contacting our sales team between 9.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday by email to virtual@jamesonwhiskey.com
Right of Admission Reserved: Only the Jameson Brand Ambassador can admit participants to the session. They reserve the right to eject any person that they deem unsuitable or abusive from the virtual platform if they believe they are intoxicated, behaving inappropriately or believe they are not of legal drinking age.
Responsible Drinking: Jameson Distillery will always encourage responsible drinking and is not responsible for any excessive alcohol consumed before, during or after the virtual event.
Preparation: Jameson Distillery take no responsibility for goods that participants have been requested to bring to class of their own accord. Participants must familiarise themselves with the preparatory emails and shopping list etc. from their confirmation email.
Internet/Wi-Fi: Jameson Distillery cannot accept responsibility for difficulties with internet/ Wi-Fi connections or incompatible devices.
Zoom Platform: Virtual classes will be held via Zoom platform. Participants are also subject to Zoom Terms and Conditions along with Jameson Whiskey’s Terms and Conditions.
Recording: Recording of virtual classes is strictly forbidden.
