Terms and Conditions for the Jameson Black Card JGL Promotion (the “Promotion”)

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By participating in this Promotion, all participant bartenders will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the Promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.

Promoter: Pernod Ricard UK Limited, Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5YG.

Eligibility: As part of the Promotion, following a training session you attended organised by the Promoter, the Promoter has selected you to receive a Jameson Black Card. This industry card is being awarded to a select number of bartenders in the United Kingdom. The Promoter has validated that you are a resident of the United Kingdom, are aged 18 years and over, and that you are not an employee (or family member of an employee) of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall begin at 00:01 GMT on 20 March 2023 and close at 11:59 GMT on 21 June 2023.

Jameson Black Card: You can use the Jameson Black Card during the Promotional Period at twelve (12) Jameson partner bars located across the United Kingdom (the “Partner Bars”). The list of Partner Bars will be communicated to you in due course.

Jameson Black Card Entitlements and Usage: Your Jameson Black Card entitles you to purchase 50ml Jameson, ginger and lime (“JGL”) for the discounted price of five pounds GBP (£5.00) at the Partner Bars located in Brighton and London and three pounds and fifty pence (£3.50) at Partner Bars in all other locations during the Promotional Period. Redemption of this promotional discount will be at the Partner Bars’ staff’s discretion. Please enjoy Jameson responsibly.

Data Protection: As part of this Promotion, you provided your personal information to the Promoter’s representative. This information has been collected by the Promoter and processed by the Promoter for the purpose of managing the Promotion in order to award you the Jameson Black Card and so that the Promoter can send you marketing communications relating to future advocacy activity. Following the end of the Promotional Period, all personal data will be deleted unless specific consent has been given for the Promoter to send further communications. Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing ukconsumerfeedback@pernod-ricard.com.  All data will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available here Privacy Policy.

General:

1. Jameson Black Cards are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. However, the Promoter reserves the right to award similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
2. You agree that, to the extent permissible by law that the Promoter and its affiliates, agents assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages or any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the Promotion.
3. You are deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of your personal data to the Promoter, which is also the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which you may have consented.
4. This Promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
