  • 1 Bottle Jameson Original
  • 16 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 200 ml Blackberry Syrup
  • 200 ml Cranberry Juice
  • 200 ml Earl Grey Tea (Chilled)
  • 200 ml Lemon Juice
  • 200 ml Orange Juice
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 Wedge Orange
  • 1 Bottle Jameson Original
  • 16 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 6⅔ Parts Blackberry Syrup
  • 6⅔ Parts Cranberry Juice
  • 6⅔ Parts Earl Grey Tea (Chilled)
  • 6⅔ Parts Lemon Juice
  • 6⅔ Parts Orange Juice
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1 Wedge Orange

Step-by-step

How to make

  1. Place all ingredients into a kilner jar or punch bowl.

  2. Fill with ice and stir.

  3. Serve in an iced glass with a dehydrated orange wedge and berries.

1. Add 250g blackberries, 500ml water and 500g sugar to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir to dissolve sugar and remove from the heat.
2. Allow to cool, bottle and refrigerate.
