  • 15 ml Simple Syrup
  • 8 mint leaves
  • Mint Sprigs
  • 1 Part Jameson Black Barrel
  • ½ Parts Lime Juice
  • ½ Parts Simple Syrup
  • 8 mint leaves
  • Mint Sprigs

How to make

  1. Build in rocks glass

  2. Stir and press mint leaves in bottom of glass

  3. Add ice

  4. Garnish with mint sprigs
