An Irish Coffee with a (n)ice twist. An afternoon coffee kick with a cool refreshing finish.
Ingredients

30 ml Espresso Coffee (cold)

Ice Cubes

45 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey

15 ml Kahlúa

Mint Leaf
-
10 ml Sugar Syrup

1 Part Espresso Coffee (cold)

Ice Cubes
-
1½ Parts Jameson Irish Whiskey
-
½ Parts Kahlúa
-
Mint Leaf
-
⅓ Parts Sugar Syrup
How to make

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a chill coupe or tall glass.

Garnish with a mint leaf.
